Now, I bought this around August last year, and if I'd had a blog at that point, this product would have been slated to hell!
I really needed a new primer and thought I'd try this one out (I definitely had a Nivea offer on my superdrug beautycard oops), but at the time, I wished I hadn't bothered.
I bought the normal/combination formula as opposed to the dry formula, as I have combination/greasy skin, and I don't think they have one for greasy skin. It was AWFUL! My makeup would slide off faster than if I wasn't wearing any primer, so I pushed it to one side and forgot about it.
Now, as the weather gets colder, my skin becomes more like dry/combination, and I remembered this and thought I'd give it another shot. Now, as a primer, it's not perfect, but it's not bad either: it doesn't reduce the appearance of my pores, but it does make my make-up stay longer (except on the bridge of my nose where my glasses sit, but let's be honest there's no saving that) and my skin genuinely feels hydrated, but not greasy.
It does smell really nice, and apply really smoothly, but the texture is very... Interesting...
But, for £4.99 for 50ml, I can definitely cope with an "interesting" texture and some marginally visible pores.
